For our German Partner, we are currently looking for an amazing SCRUM Master. The company is the worldwide leading mobility concept in the area of free floating car-sharing. The team designs, develops and makes the apps for Android, BlackBerry, iOS and Windows Phone as amazing as they are.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:

• The SCRUM Master is responsible to ensure an efficient development process in one or more self-organized teams. Right now 7 people, strong growth is planned!

• He accomplishes these objectives by organizing the sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives and requirements workshops.

• He supports, trains and moderates his team to ensure a high quality and a high performance output using a servant leadership style and leading by example

• He works close together with the Product Owner to ensure a common understanding regarding targets, vision and user stories.

• He communicates with the stake holders and helps to remove impediments. He builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.

• Fluent German.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification:

• B.S. or B.A. in Computer Science, Business Management or related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Fluent in English and German. Other languages a plus.

• Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in leading development teams.

• Experience in different companies using agile development methods is highly appreciated.

• A throughout understanding of the skills needed to motivate and manage developers. Knowledge of developing enterprise applications with SCRUM.

• Development Life Cycle: Knowledge of the stages involved in an information system development project, from an initial feasibility study through maintenance of the completed application.
